Service timelines depend on project scope, client cooperation, and third-party integrations. Delays caused by client documents, approvals, payments, content, etc. shall not be our responsibility.

• 50% or partial advance payment may be required before work begins.
• Payment is due once work is completed.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

We do not guarantee:

• Business profits
• Sales increases
• Lead quality
• Tool approval
• Third-party API approvals
• Ad performance

Results depend on business model, market conditions, and client execution.

We use multiple third-party systems including APIs, hosting, CRM, tools, WhatsApp API, AI tools, and service providers. Any technical issue caused by them shall not make us legally liable.

All source code, workflows, automation structure, AI systems, and backend logic remain company property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing content, documents
• Legal use of the software
• Auditing spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• Compliance with government regulations

Any misuse shall be solely the client's responsibility.

The company shall not be liable for:

• Revenue loss
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Server downtime
• Data leaks
• Third-party technical failures

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

• Client violates terms
• Illegal activity is found
• Payment disputes arise
